PERSONAL DATA

Hultafors Group AB, which the webshop is run by, is responsible under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) for the processing of the personal data which you as a customer provide us with. By providing us with your data you consent to Hultafors Group AB, using the collected data to fulfil our obligations to you, thereby providing you with the highest level of service possible. The aim of the processing and registration of your data is solely to prepare, process and complete your order, to improve our customer service and for marketing purposes. Hultafors Group AB will not transfer your personal data to any third party for the purpose of marketing.

Data which is transferred to a third party is solely used in order to fulfill Hultafors Group AB’s obligations to you as a customer. Hultafors Group AB may transfer data to Hultafors Group AB’s sub-contractors in connection with deliveries (for example your address which is necessary to our suppliers and shipping agents in order for them to deliver your order).

Hultafors Group AB only processes your data as long as it is necessary in order to carry out Hultafors Group AB’s services, or during any period of time which is prescribed by law. After this, your data will be deleted.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Hultafors Group AB recognizes the importance of protecting our customers’ privacy. We ensure that all information that you provide us with when using our services on Dunderdon webshop are protected.

Hultafors Group AB has taken technical and organizational measures in order to protect all data from unintended changes, unauthorized access or distribution, accidental loss and any other form of unauthorized use. However, Hultafors Group AB cannot at all times guarantee that the webshop is free from technical defects, viruses or spam. Some functions on the webshop may be inaccessible during short periods for the purposes of maintenance and updates.

LINKS

Dunderdon.com may contain links to other websites which do not fall under v’s supervision. Hultafors Group AB cannot accept any responsibility for the content or for the protection of privacy of these websites, but provides these links in order to aid our customers to find further information.

RESPONSIBILITY

Hultafors Group AB is not responsible for the technical equipment and software which is needed to use the webshop. During short periods of time there may be maintenance disruptions etc. and Hultafors Group AB is not responsible for any disturbances, disruptions or other problems that may occur in connection with this. Hultafors Group AB cannot guarantee that the webshop at all times will be free from defects such as viruses or spam.

At present, the Dunderdon.com is developed and hosted by New Amsterdam, an IT agency in Stockholm, Sweden specializing in e-commerce.

Neither may Hultafors Group AB be held responsible for any misprints, and reserves itself against any errors in pictures and texts. Hultafors Group AB’s liability for any claims (including indemnity) is under all circumstances, except for in cases arising out of wilful conduct or gross negligence, limited to the amount equivalent to the price of the item (or items) which is/are the matter of dispute. Hultafors Group AB is never liable for consequential damages.

HOW WE USE COOKIES

When visiting Dunderdon’s website we may store some information on your computer in the form of a “cookie”. Cookies are used by many websites to give the visitors access to certain functions. The information that is stored in the cookie may also be used to keep track of the visitor’s behavior on the website.

There are two types of cookies: the first cookie is stored as a file on your computer for a longer period of time. It is used to identify if there has been any previous contact between us and your computer. The second type is called a session cookie which is temporarily stored in the computer’s memory during the time you are browsing the website. The session cookie will not be stored in your web browser for a long period of time, but disappears when you close your browser session.

Cookies are used by Dunderdon website to enable selection of language, to obtain statistics over visitors and to collect information about your preferences when you navigate on the website. In this way we hope to enhance our ability to address relevant information directly to our customers.

If not otherwise stated, Dunderdon website does not use cookies in order to collect personal data.

If you do not accept Dunderdon’s use of cookies on the website you may configure your browser settings to prevent it from accepting cookies. If you choose to do so however we cannot guarantee that all functions on the website will work as intended.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure occurs when external circumstances substantially prevents the performance of an obligation under the agreement, for example war, state intervention, strikes, staff’s illness, shipping disturbances, restrictions on energy supplies, bans, restrictions, declined permissions, import and export restrictions, natural disasters, accidents etc. which reasonably could not have been foreseen when entering into the agreement and which reasonably could not have been avoided or overcome. This applies both to Hultafors Group AB and to Hultafors Group AB’s sub-contractors.

In the event of force majeure Hultafors Group AB’s obligations are deferred. If the period of force majeure is not of a temporary nature, you as well as Hultafors Group AB have the right to cancel the purchase agreement without any obligation to pay indemnity arising. Such measures are carried out by contacting Hultafors Group AB’s Dunderdon.com customer care team.

DISPUTES

If a dispute regarding these terms and conditions should arise, the consumer should contact Hultafors Group AB’s dedicated dunderdon.com customer care team and try to resolve the disagreement as a first step. A dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be brought to the court in the place where the defendant resides. The consumer may also, in accordance with the regulations in the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure (1942:740) bring a suit to the court in the place where the consumer resides.

COPYRIGHT

The content of the webshop is copyright-protected and is the property of DD Holding i Sverige AB. All intellectual property rights to the content of the webshop belong to DD Holding. It is allowed to download, print, copy and blog about the material on the webshop for your own personal purposes, however not for business purposes. This presumes that the material is not changed and that all intellectual property rights remain reserved DD Holding. It is allowed to link to the webshop, but without using Dunderdon’s symbols or trademarks. All rights reserved. Photographs on the webshop are not to be copied.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

 

You are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 30 days from the time of delivery, but please always contact our customer care team by email before returning any goods at support@dunderdon.com

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you make sure that the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.

Hultafors Group will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us. Returning of the item is free of charge, except for transportation costs, using our return form that you will find on the webshop. Please follow the given instructions. Please note that Hultafors Group are not able to collect any parcel from a service point.

 

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment (Klarna or PayPal).

 

For hygiene reasons, base layer products and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless seal is unbroken.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

GENERAL

 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to DUNDERDON’s webshop on www.dunderdon.com (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”), this covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with Hultafors Group AB, which the webshop is run by, hereinafter referred to as ”Hultafors Group”). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, you will be notified of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item to the correct price, or cancel the order. Hultafors Group reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected.

To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Hultafors Group presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.dunderdon.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

 

PRICES

 

The prices shown in the webshop are the effective prices from time to time. Hultafors Group is not bound by these prices, but may change the prices from one time to another. Hultafors Group is not bound by any incorrect price information that the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and that may have emerged due to technical faults. The prices constitute the total price (including applicable VAT), however do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union (EU), custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.

Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

 

PAYMENT

 

Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the webshop. Payment is currently made in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden, Euro (€) for shipments within the European Union, and USD for countries outside Europe including the US. Payment can be carried out by payment methods offered by Klarna or by PayPal (local variations depending on shipping destination). Read more on Klarna here and on PayPal here.

Hultafors Group reserves the right to decline a purchase.

Please note we are currently unable to accept gift cards, merchandise cards, cash or cheques as payment in the webshop.

 

DELIVERY

 

Hultafors Group accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the webshop. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after Hultafors Group has accepted and confirmed your order. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). All orders are sent from our central warehouse located in Szczecin, Poland.

All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you previous to completing the order.

 

NON-COLLECTED ITEMS

 

If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

 

DELAY

 

Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

 

TRANSPORT

 

All dispatched items are insured by Hultafors Group. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to the postal agent/courier company where you collected the package/received the delivery as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by Hultafors Group free of charge. If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

Hultafors Group ensures that all products are meticulously checked in a quality control before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order confirmation to us.

We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by Hultafors Group, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

 

COLORS

 

We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the homepage in detail reflect the clothes’ colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
